we love...

Discover different spaces with unique atmospheres: French-style gardens, a Mediterranean garden, and an infinity pool beneath exotic palm trees…

What's so special about Château du Pujolet?

There is a particular stillness to the countryside outside Toulouse – a softness to the light, long stretches of open land, and the quiet rhythm of rural France unfolding at its own pace. Château du Pujolet sits within that landscape with quiet assurance. Approached by tree-lined grounds and framed by expansive views, it feels both romantic and composed, never overstated.

The château itself carries a classic French elegance, balanced by a warmth that makes it feel genuinely liveable rather than ornamental. With capacity for celebrations from 30 to 140 guests, it moves effortlessly between intimate gatherings and larger, high-summer affairs. A ceremony can unfold in the gardens beneath open skies, with the landscape acting as a natural backdrop, before guests transition seamlessly into a reception that flows across terrace and interior spaces as the day evolves.

What sets this property apart is the ability to host up to 50 guests on site. Bedrooms are woven into the experience rather than treated as an afterthought, allowing your closest friends and family to remain part of the atmosphere long after the formalities have ended. Mornings become slow and communal, coffee shared in sunlit corners, the estate entirely your own under exclusive use.

The supplier and catering structure is flexible, offering couples the freedom to shape the celebration around their preferences. Whether that means a refined seated dinner or something more relaxed and regional, the framework is there to support a weekend that feels personal rather than prescribed. Should the weather shift, the château’s interiors provide an elegant and natural continuation of the day without compromise.

For UK guests, access is refreshingly straightforward. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is just 31 minutes away, making travel simple while still delivering the sensation of escape that destination celebrations promise.

Château du Pujolet is refined, spacious, and quietly self-assured. It suits couples who want the romance of rural France without excess, who value time together as much as the event itself, and who understand that true atmosphere comes from place as much as design.

Nearest Airports: Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (TLS) 31 min (31.7 km).

Public Holidays

The French treat Christmas, Easter and New Year as serious holidays, as well as VE Day (8th May), Bastille Day (14th July), Armistice Day (11th November) and various saints days (e.g. All Saints' Day on 1st November).

good to know

What Couples Say

“We had initially visited the Château de Gardes de Céline and Dimitri, in the Bordeaux region. We had loved it immensely and were ready to book it despite the fact that our preferred date was no longer available, when they informed us of the opening of a new chateau in the Toulouse area. A nice coincidence, since we met in Toulouse and spent our entire life together there. We visited the Pujolet while it was still under construction (reception room out of water only, unprepared gardens, barn in the state ..) We had to look ahead! But we had been won over by the charm of this place, and decided to trust Céline and Dimitri knowing what they had done in Gardes. And we were not disappointed: they were very responsive in communication, allowed us to come back to visit regularly to see the progress, and even renovated even more than expected. The castle is magnificent, the terrace with the glass roof sublime, the room so beautiful in its natural state that we only decorated it with lighting to highlight it. This estate has it all: magnificent outdoor spaces if the weather is nice, a beautiful room and a barn if it rains, beautiful interiors for preparations in a bubble of elegance… We are delighted with our choice, and bonus Our guests were as amazed as we were. We hope to have opened a long line of weddings that will leave their bride and groom with memories as beautiful as ours.”
