we love...

Look closely and youโ€™ll spot a tile quietly marking the year 1696 โ€” the moment the main house was completed. A small detail, but a beautiful reminder of just how much history lives in the walls of Can Ramonet.

What's So Special About Masia Can Ramonet?

Tucked into the rolling hills of Garraf Natural Park and just a short drive from the golden beaches of Sitges, Can Ramonet is a soul-stirring slice of rural Catalonia โ€” made for laid-back, sun-soaked celebrations.

This beautifully restored 16th-century estate feels more like a private hamlet than a single venue. Think honey-hued stone buildings, winding pathways, hidden courtyards, and vine-draped terraces โ€” all surrounded by whispering pine trees and organic vineyards. Itโ€™s the kind of place where youโ€™ll hear birdsong over traffic, where the light hits just right at golden hour, and where every backdrop feels like itโ€™s been made for your wedding album.

With three independent houses sleeping up to 50 guests, Can Ramonet makes it easy to turn your wedding into a weekend. From welcome drinks under the stars to barefoot brunches by the pool, this is a place built for connection, celebration, and long, joyful gatherings.

For the main event, the venue can host up to 250 guests across its indoor and outdoor spaces, with total exclusivity. Whether youโ€™re planning an alfresco ceremony in the gardens or a candlelit feast under the olive trees, thereโ€™s plenty of space to make it your own.

A rustic-chic hideaway just 30 minutes from Barcelona, Can Ramonet is the kind of place where memories linger โ€” and where your wedding feels less like an event and more like a beautiful chapter in a much bigger story.

Nearest Airport: Masia Can Ramonet is conveniently located just 29 min (30.8 km) from Barcelona Airport (BCN).

don't miss...

A golden hour ceremony in the vineyard garden โ€” with the sun dipping behind the hills, the scent of wild herbs in the air, and the soft sound of cicadas carrying your vows across the Catalan countryside. It’s pure Mediterranean magic.

Transportation

RENFE runs high-speed trains across the country and towns such as Madrid and Barcelona have their own Metro networks. Look for the green light if you want to hail a taxi in the street โ€“ Spanish taxis wont take more than four people at a time and theyโ€™re harder to find on Friday and Saturday nights. Most cities have plenty of buses with tickets available on board or at estancos (tobacconists).

Public Holidays

All the big religious holidays such as Easter and Christmas, as well as Three Kings Day/ Epiphany (6th January), Labour Day (1st May) and Hispanic Day (12th October). Many of the regions have their own local public holidays, such as Balearic Day in the Balearic Islands (1st March).

good to know

Spain is recognised as one of the sunniest countries in Europe, with over 300 days of sunshine per year. That sounds like good odd's to us...

What Couples Say

‘A magical place! Can Ramonet is a magical place to celebrate a dream weekend wedding. In addition, the team have given us many facilities and have followed us and helped us throughout the process of organizing the wedding. Always available, they gave us advise, guidelines and contacts from suppliers we needed. On the day of the event, they took care of everything from making the ceremony script to the end of the catering with the gifts to the special guests. Without them, we would not have enjoyed our wedding day. They are fantastic!’
