Dating back to 1652, Son Sant Andreu is an authentic Mallorcan manor house that feels like a true hidden gem on the island. Once a traditional wine-making and farming estate, this historic finca is set on over 100 acres of countryside and still carries the soul of its past – from the original bodega with its 16th-century vaulted ceiling to the charming on-site chapel.
Lovingly restored over the years, the property blends rustic heritage with relaxed island elegance. Youโll find original Mallorcan furniture, antiques, and timeworn details at every turn, each room telling its own story.
With 10 bedrooms sleeping up to 26 guests, Son Sant Andreu is as versatile as it is beautiful. You can hire the entire finca exclusively or choose to rent individual floors for a more intimate celebration or extended stay.
Across its three floors, youโll find a variety of spaces to make your own, from the pool terrace with panoramic rural views to the grand hall for indoor dining, and the 17th-century wine cellar, perfect for continuing the party long into the night.
Thereโs also a barbecue terrace with sweeping views, two communal kitchens, and plenty of relaxed living spaces for guests to unwind.
