we love...

Located in central east Mallorca and surrounded by farmland, vineyards and picturesque wide open spaces with forested areas behind, this is the perfect elevated location allowing you and your guests to enjoy a view of Mallorca they otherwise wouldn’t get to experience.

What's So Special About Agroturismo Son Sant Andreau?

Son Sant Andreu is an authentic Mallorcan Manor house that was originally built in 1652 and surprisingly remains quite the hidden wedding venue gem on the island. It was originally a traditional wine making and farming property set on over 100 acres. The Finca is actually an important landmark in the Pla de Llevant area and retains many of it’s original features including a bodega with a 16th century vaulted ceiling (it’s an incredible space, particularly for your late night wedding party to continue into the early hours!) and theres even an old chapel on sit too. It has been lovingly restored and updated over the years to but you’ll still find many traditional mallorcan furniture and antiques throughout the Finca.

One of the things we love about Son Sant Andreu is that it’s a beautifully authentic, rustic, versatile wedding venue. Built over 3 floors with a total of 10 bedrooms, Son Sant Andreu can sleep up to 26 guests in total, which makes keeping your immediate wedding party together and on site easy. You are able to rent the entire villa with exclusive use or there is also the possibility to rent individual sections of the house to cater for those smaller budgets.

Areas include:

  • a large pool deck area with stunning rural views
  • a spacious great hall for indoor dining and wet weather back-up
  • a historic chapel
  • an incredible 17th century wine cellar with a vaulted roof
  • various outdoor locations on the grounds available for use

If you don’t need the whole Finca there is a possibility to rent one or two floors.

For example:

  • Ground Floor – Figuera, Parera and Nispero with a kitchen (10 to 12 guests)
  • Main Floor – Taronger, Garrover, Olivera and Prunera with a kitchen (12 – 15 guests)
  • Top Floor – Cirerer, Llimonera and Aubarcoquer, kitchen within the apartment (self-contained apartment) (8 to 10 guests)

The Finca has 10 individually styled rooms and suites with two communal kitchens, a barbecue terrace with magnificent views, large living room and large lounge, there are many different spaces for your guests to enjoy. The kitchens have drinking water filters on the taps and are well stocked with cooking utensils.

good to know

The Mediterranean island of Mallorca is pleasantly warm and sunny all year round, with coastal cities experiencing an average of 300 days' sunshine per year. That sounds like good odd's to us!
