we love...
“Our iconic Chapel is the beating heart of Baja Luna. It was an important part of our concept, which envelopes a certain hacienda vibe. What makes the chapel so unique, is that it was designed in honour of the moon. There are eight sections of the chapel, each representing one of the eight phases of the moon, and each with a powerful meaning.”

What's So Special About Baja Luna?
Baja Luna is a dreamy, exclusive use wedding venue nestled amongst a working mango farm in Los Cabos, Mexico. Baja Luna prides itself on high-quality food and a beautiful aesthetic, with distinct elements that honour the traditional Baja.
“We grow a variety of fruit, vegetables, herbs, and flowers. The crops, grown with love, will be used to produce beautiful meals for our guests and yours. We make delicious food, but what we really set out to do is create memorable experiences.”
The property offers several different areas to host your Ceremony and Reception, each with varying capacity. Dependent upon which area you choose for your ceremony, Baja Luna can actually accommodate hundreds of guests. The chapel can seat 120, but can be adapted to accommodate over 200 should you need the additional capacity.
Baja Luna was established in 2018. What started as a conversation between friends with a shared passion for beautifully curated experiences, quickly turned into an idea, which developed into a dream-come-true project. Baja Luna is the extraordinary result of two dedicated entrepreneurs’ desire to create an unforgettable space for people to gather, celebrate life’s important milestones, and savour top-notch cuisine in the heart of Los Cabos.

Transportation
Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey all have a metro system and most towns and cities have cheap bus systems. Taxis are convenient – just make sure it’s an official taxi and that the meter is on. Self-driving in Mexico can be hair-raising and unlikely to help with any pre-wedding jitters.
Public Holidays
Mexico celebrates Christmas and Easter, as well as Cinco de Mayo in some locations (5th May), Constitution Day (5th February), Independence Day (16th September), Revolution Day (third Monday in November) and Labour Day (1st May), among others.
Good Time to Go
The best time to travel to Baja is between October and July (a very long high season!). Rainy season is August / September. Coolest months are December – March.
good to know
A typical Mexican wedding reception is usually one of the best parties you’ll ever attend. From the never-ending dancing to lively mariachi music, and the incredible food and desserts, it’s a celebration that goes on well into the night.
