Dimora delle Balze is a stop you in your tracks nineteenth-century estate. This beautiful up-scale farmstay eludes an exclusive charm and luxurious character.  The walls, floors and even the ceilings all tell fascinating stories filled with a Mediterranean scent.

The estate has a big quadrangular courtyard which, on its left side, is overlooked by the rooms formerly designated as the farmer’s dwelling, to the storage, and to the stables. In the right wing, an ancient gate leads to the main manor-house.

What Couples Say

“We chose Dimora delle Balze for our wedding celebration & ceremony (one of very few places where you can have legitimate civil ceremony in the area). We had an intimate wedding of 50 guests at the beginning of October. We chose to spend all weekend there with our guests, so we rented the all property for two nights.
The property is really really beautiful. Every single detail is so perfectly chosen- it’s the perfect combination of a historical building & modern design…
From very beginning we contacted Francesca, who is in charge of events in Dimora- she always did her best, and we were absolutely happy to have her as our inside help. We only met once the owner Mrs Elena, but we share the beautiful experience of choosing our wedding menu. She was very kind – we spent few hours just eating amazing food and drinking best wines. The food is absolutely amazing thanks to the owner politic of using only top quality ingredients and when it’s possible from their huge vegetable garden.
All this is also thanks to the maître d’hôtel Mirko which is one of the most dedicated and passionate person about is work I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. He has always done its utmost to satisfy our requests at any time of the day and night 🙂 You can definitely count on him to suggest you the best locals wines and fresh seafood!

So one more time we would like to say big thank you to Mrs Elena and everyone that helped us to make our special day even more special.”
