Dimora delle Balze is a stop you in your tracksย nineteenth-century estate. This beautiful up-scale farmstay eludes an exclusive charm and luxurious character. ย The walls, floors and even the ceilings all tell fascinating stories filled with a Mediterranean scent.
The estate has a big quadrangular courtyard which, on its left side, is overlooked by the rooms formerly designated as the farmerโs dwelling, to the storage, and to the stables. In the right wing, an ancient gate leads to the main manor-house.
With 11 large rooms, hectares ofย gardens, a beautiful swimming pool area and a lemon orchard there are no limits to what your destination wedding at this luxurious location can be.
The estate is situated between two of the most attractive Sicilian cities: Noto and Siracusa.
Dimora delle Balze is located seven kilometres from the UNESCO World Heritage-listed town of Palazzolo Acreide where youโll find all the local necessities (supermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants). Around 30 kilometres from the property are the cities of Noto and Syracuse, both of which are home to fine art galleries, museums and restaurants.
DDB is located in Sicilyโs countryside and doesnโt have any immediate neighbours. This region experiences beautiful weather (itโs not too hot in the summer) and is around 40 kilometres from the closest beach.
