Built on top of the hill of Synterina, within a seven acre space, Ktima Xatzi is a Byzantine stone fairytale-esq estate.
Hatzi Mansion is located just 35 minutes from the center of Athens. It is next to the two central roadways of the coastal Avenue to Sounio and Lavriou Avenue from Attiki Odos, just 30 minutes from Athens International Airport El. Venizelos.
In the wider area of the hill of Synterina there are churches with a wonderful view and a unique architectural structure: the church of Agios Nikolaos, the church of Agia Irini, the church of Aghioi Theodoroi, etc.
