About Villa Collalto?
Located between Siena and Florence, Villa Collalto is tucked away in the middle of Tuscany’s lush countryside and is the ideal retreat for couples searching for an exclusive and private wedding venue immersed in nature.
A wealthy Roman family owned this opulent Tuscan home for centuries, starting in the year 1400. Having been lovingly restored over time, the property boasts 16 traditional and quaint bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. Each room has a stunning view of the rolling Tuscan hills and the interior design is the ideal blend of traditional splendour and contemporary.
The beautiful grounds that surround the villa offer a wide range of possibilities for the various aspects that take place throughout your wedding day. On the grounds you’ll find an outdoor pool with loungers and a gazebo, a BBQ area (perfect for the day after the wedding feast), a jacuzzi, sauna and tennis court.
In the case of bad weather, there is space for 32 seated inside, otherwise a marquee or tent would be required.
A charming private property, tucked away in it’s own Tuscan oasis. A perfect place to celebrate your wedding abroad with your closest family and friends.
don't miss...
You’ll find a small church just meters outside the venue in the Borgo of Collalto, within walking distance.

Transportation
Italy has plenty of public transport, from the trains to the metro in cities like Milan. The roads (and Italian drivers) are notoriously terrifying for foreigners so it’s often better to take a taxi than hire a car.
Public Holidays
Each town in Italy has it's own patron saint and shuts down to celebrate the saint’s day each year (e.g. Rome is Sts. Peter and Paul, June 29th). Alongside Christmas and Easter, the other big religious festivals are Epiphany (6th January) and All Saints Day (1st November). All of Italy celebrates Labour Day (1st May) and also Liberation Day (April 25th).
