The Best Wedding Venues in Le Marche, from Renaissance Villas to Adriatic Views

Looking for the best wedding venues in Le Marche, Italy?

Le Marche does not shout for attention. Between the Apennine mountains and the Adriatic coast, medieval towns sit above olive groves, farmland and wonderfully unhurried stretches of countryside. Comparisons with Tuscany are inevitable, but not especially helpful – this region has its own rhythm, with a little more coastline and far less ceremony.

Our current edit begins with Villa Imperiale in Pesaro. Built as a Renaissance residence for the Dukes of Urbino, it brings together frescoed interiors, stone courtyards, formal parterre gardens and views that reach across the surrounding hills towards the Adriatic.

The villa is available for exclusive use and can host celebrations of up to 200 guests. There is no accommodation on the estate, which makes choosing the right guest base particularly important. Keep everyone in or around Pesaro and arrange shared transfers rather than allowing hotel bookings to scatter across the countryside. Rimini and Ancona are the most convenient nearby airports.

Le Marche particularly suits couples looking for historic Italian architecture and a strong sense of place, without automatically following the better-trodden destination-wedding route.
